How to Qualifiy for Medicaid Transportation

Your transportation costs will be covered by Medicaid if you are a Medicaid Beneficiary, your eligibility includes transportation, and you have no other means of transportation available.

Schedule a Ride

Call 715.835.2435 weekdays between 7:30 AM and 5 PM to schedule a ride. All requests should be made at least one business day in advance. The hours for scheduling rides are within our normal service hours of 6 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Saturday. Service hours are not offered on Sundays or holidays. View service area.
